You're in Nairobi. How do we work across time zones?
Most of our communication is written, so time zones rarely hold anything up. I reply within 24 hours, and when a call helps we pick a time that suits us both.
How does pricing work?
Every project has one fixed price based on a clear scope, agreed in writing before work starts. If you want to add something later, we agree the extra work and its price first.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope. I give you a timeline with your quote and we confirm it in writing before work starts.
Can I edit the store myself after launch?
Yes. I set the store up so you can manage products, pages and content yourself, and I walk you through it at handover.
Do you work on WordPress as well as Shopify?
Yes. Alongside Shopify stores, I build and customize WordPress sites.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Get in touch and I will look into it. What support is included after launch, and for how long, is agreed in writing before work starts.
